  • ½ tablet Alka-Seltzer Tablet Creates the bubbling fireworks effect.

Instructions

How to Make 4th of July Fireworks Jar

  • Pour ¾ cup of warm water into your clear glass jar or plastic sensory bottle.
  • Gently pour in 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, creating a layered effect.
  • Add drops of red, white, and blue gel food coloring into the oil.
  • Sprinkle in glitter, star-shaped confetti, or shimmer powder for extra magic.
  • Break a half Alka-Seltzer tablet and drop it in to activate the display.
  • Seal and store the jar upright with the lid tightly closed.
