Ingredients

For the Truffles

  • 1 package Oreo Cookies Use classic or festive flavors
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for best texture

For the Coating

  • 12 oz White Chocolate Melting Wafers Consider vanilla or almond flavor
  • ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips For snowman eyes and buttons
  • ¼ cup Colored Sprinkles For decorative accents

Instructions

Making the Truffles

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Melt white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, then shake off excess.
  • While the chocolate is wet, decorate with mini chocolate chips and colored sprinkles.
  • Return to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes to set.
