Instructions
Making the Truffles
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
In a mixing bowl, blend crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Melt white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently.
Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, then shake off excess.
While the chocolate is wet, decorate with mini chocolate chips and colored sprinkles.
Return to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes to set.
