  • Start by cutting the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Chop the broccoli into florets and mince the garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Move the chicken to one side of the pan. Melt butter in the empty space, add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds. Toss in the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and stir in the heavy cream. Add Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, letting it simmer for 8-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings with salt, pepper, or more cheese as desired.
  • Once combined and the sauce is rich, remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes
