  • 1 tsp Paprika Consider smoked paprika for extra flavor

Instructions

How to Make Ground Turkey with Potatoes

  • Warm a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Crumble in the ground turkey and season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Mix in the diced potatoes with the turkey mixture. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes
