Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in taco seasoning, then add undrained diced tomatoes and green chiles. Simmer for 5 minutes and cool slightly.
In a large bowl, mix cheddar cheese and ranch dressing until creamy, then fold in the taco meat.
Spoon the mixture into the frozen phyllo tart shells. You can freeze assembled tarts for later.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, adding 2-3 minutes if baking from frozen.
