How to Make Moist and Flavorful Rice Cooker Banana Bread

  • In a mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add melted butter, vanilla extract, sugar, and a beaten egg to the mashed bananas. Stir until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and if desired, add chopped walnuts or chocolate chips.
  • Lightly grease the inner pot of your rice cooker and pour in the batter.
  • Close the lid and select the 'white rice' setting. Cook for 60 to 70 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Let the bread cool in the rice cooker for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
