How to Make Moist and Flavorful Rice Cooker Banana Bread
In a mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth.
Add melted butter, vanilla extract, sugar, and a beaten egg to the mashed bananas. Stir until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and if desired, add chopped walnuts or chocolate chips.
Lightly grease the inner pot of your rice cooker and pour in the batter.
Close the lid and select the 'white rice' setting. Cook for 60 to 70 minutes until fully cooked.
Let the bread cool in the rice cooker for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
