  • 1 cup Strawberry Frosting Any flavor frosting can be used.
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Can substitute with milk or dark chocolate chips.

For Dipping

  • 1 cup Dipping Chocolate (Dark or Milk) White chocolate or colored candy melts can be used.

Instructions

How to Make Strawberry Cream Chocolates

  • Lightly spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate chips until smooth, then stir in strawberry frosting until combined.
  • Spread the filling in the prepared pan and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until firm.
  • Remove the mixture from the pan and cut into 1-inch squares.
  • Melt the dipping chocolate and dip each square, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Place dipped squares on a parchment-lined sheet pan to cool and set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
