White chocolate or colored candy melts can be used.
Instructions
How to Make Strawberry Cream Chocolates
Lightly spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
Melt white chocolate chips until smooth, then stir in strawberry frosting until combined.
Spread the filling in the prepared pan and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until firm.
Remove the mixture from the pan and cut into 1-inch squares.
Melt the dipping chocolate and dip each square, allowing excess to drip off.
Place dipped squares on a parchment-lined sheet pan to cool and set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
