Start by washing the carrots thoroughly, peeling them if desired, and cutting them into uniform sizes, about 1-inch pieces. This ensures even cooking.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s bubbly and fragrant.
Pour in the honey and stir it into the melted butter until well combined.
Add the chopped carrots to the skillet, stirring well to coat them in the honey-butter mix. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the carrots are tender and glossy.
Sprinkle in the salt and pepper, adjusting to your preference.
