  • Start by washing the carrots thoroughly, peeling them if desired, and cutting them into uniform sizes, about 1-inch pieces. This ensures even cooking.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s bubbly and fragrant.
  • Pour in the honey and stir it into the melted butter until well combined.
  • Add the chopped carrots to the skillet, stirring well to coat them in the honey-butter mix. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the carrots are tender and glossy.
