Instructions
How to Make No-Bake Grinch Oreo Truffles
Crush Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Mix with Cream Cheese: Add the softened cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and blend until smooth and well combined.
Add Color: Stir in a few drops of green food coloring and mix until the desired green shade is achieved.
Form Truffles: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill: Refrigerate for about 30-45 minutes to firm up.
Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips using 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip Truffles: Dip each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate and lift out with a fork, letting excess chocolate drip off.
Decorate: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle red decorations on top.
Set: Allow the truffles to cool until the chocolate hardens completely before serving.
Notes
For a festive peppermint kick, consider adding crushed candy canes as a topping.
