Instructions

Instructions

  • Melt the Chocolate: Heat 170 g of white chocolate in a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until it's completely smooth.
  • Cream the Cheese: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and light.
  • Combine Ingredients: Pour the melted white chocolate into the creamy cheese and mix until fully integrated.
  • Fold in Fruits: Carefully fold in the finely chopped dried cranberries and vanilla extract if using.
  • Chill the Mixture: Cover the mixture with cling wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, until firm enough to scoop.
  • Scoop and Roll: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the chilled mixture and roll them into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Prepare the Coating: Melt 200 g of white chocolate, then stir in a few drops of green gel food coloring.
  • Dip the Truffles: Dip each truffle into the green chocolate, letting the excess drip off before returning them to the tray.
  • Add the Texture: Before the green coating sets, roll each truffle in crushed pistachios.
  • Drizzle for Flair: Melt the red candy melts and use a piping bag to drizzle over the coated truffles in a zigzag pattern.
