Equipment

  • medium saucepan
  • 9x9 inch baking dish
  • Parchment Paper
  • Non-stick spray

Ingredients

For the Fudge

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Provides creaminess and sweetness; don’t substitute with evaporated milk for best results.
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips Adds sweetness and a smooth texture; opt for high-quality chocolate for rich flavor.
  • 1 cup Sugar Cookie Mix Imparts the classic sugar cookie flavor; feel free to use a homemade mix for a fresh taste.
  • ½ cup Butter Enhances creaminess and richness; using unsalted butter helps control the sweetness perfectly.
  • 1 cup Christmas Sprinkles Adds color and festive flair; any holiday-themed sprinkles or edible decorations work beautifully.

Instructions

How to Make Easy Sugar Cookie Christmas Fudge

  • Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring it's well-covered. Lightly coat it with non-stick spray.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk. Stir frequently until it’s heated through but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter to the warm mixture. Stir constantly until everything is melted and smooth.
  • Gently fold in a generous portion of Christmas sprinkles, mixing until evenly distributed.
  • Carefully pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly, then sprinkle extra Christmas sprinkles on top.
  • Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set. If possible, chill overnight for a firmer texture.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper edges. Cut into bite-sized pieces and share the joy!

Notes

Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate on top for an extra special touch. For the best texture, allow the fudge to chill overnight in the refrigerator.
