Instructions

Preparation

  • Soak the raisins in hot water for about 10 minutes to soften them, then drain and gently squeeze to remove excess moisture.
  • In a food processor, combine the soaked raisins, your choice of nuts, pumpkin puree, shredded coconut, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Process the ingredients until a thick, sticky paste forms.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
