Ingredients

For the Filling

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Use full-fat block for best results.
  • ¾ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whipped to stiff peaks.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract Start with less, adjust to taste.
  • 1 drop Food Coloring Optional for color.

For the Crust

  • 1 each Oreo Crust No-bake pre-made.

For the Topping

  • ½ cup Crushed Peppermint Candy Keep pieces not too finely crushed.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, which should take about 3-5 minutes. Set it aside.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the powdered sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla, peppermint extract, and food coloring, mixing thoroughly until well combined.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Carefully pour the peppermint filling into the Oreo crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Spread a layer of Cool Whip over the pie and sprinkle crushed peppermint on top. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.

Notes

Allow pie to chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, for best texture. Top with crushed peppermint just before serving to maintain crunch.
