How to Make

  • Prepare Filling: Start by beating the cream cheese in a bowl until it's fluffy and smooth. Mix in the dried cranberries and freshly chopped herbs, blending well until everything is evenly coupled together.
  • Assemble Roll Ups: Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread the filling evenly over the entire tortilla, making sure to cover it with a generous layer. Tightly roll it up to form a log, ensuring it's compact and secure.
  • Chill: Wrap each log in plastic wrap, ensuring it’s tightly closed. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, giving the flavors time to meld together and the logs to firm up for easier slicing.
