How to Make Chocolate Peanut Clusters
Start by placing dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts, stirring in between until it’s smooth and glossy, about 30 seconds at a time.
Once melted, mix in creamy peanut butter, stirring well until everything is blended. Fold in the salted roasted peanuts, ensuring they are evenly coated in chocolate.
Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and drop it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave a little space between each dollop to allow for shaping.
Pop the baking sheet into the refrigerator and let the clusters chill for about 30-60 minutes, or until they’re firm and holding their shape.
After they've set, store your delicious clusters in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer-lasting enjoyment.
Notes
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before chilling for an extra flavor boost.
