Instructions

How to Make Chocolate Covered Cranberry Sauce Bites

  • Begin by slicing the chilled canned jellied cranberry sauce into approximately ½” thick discs.
  • Arrange the cranberry slices on a lined baking sheet and freeze them for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix dark chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) and microwave for 1 minute, stirring and continuing in 15-second increments until melted.
  • Dip each cranberry slice into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing them back on the lined baking sheet.
