How to Make Chocolate Covered Cranberry Sauce Bites
Begin by slicing the chilled canned jellied cranberry sauce into approximately ½” thick discs.
Arrange the cranberry slices on a lined baking sheet and freeze them for at least 30 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix dark chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) and microwave for 1 minute, stirring and continuing in 15-second increments until melted.
Dip each cranberry slice into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing them back on the lined baking sheet.
Return the chocolate-covered slices to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set.
Notes
Store bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
