Instructions

How to Make Delicious Crock Pot Lasagna Soup

  • Brown the meats in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  • Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • In your crock pot, combine browned meats, sautéed onions and garlic, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Break lasagna noodles into bite-sized pieces and gently stir them into the soup mixture.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or high for 2 hours until noodles are tender.
