  • 8.75 ounces Sugar Cookie Mix Use half of a standard 17.5-ounce package
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Use pure for deeper flavor

  • ¼ cup Christmas Sprinkles Optional, for decoration

Instructions

How to Make Sugar Cookie Fudge

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F to heat-treat the sugar cookie mix.
  • Spread the sugar cookie mix on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
  • In a saucepan over low to medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and heat-treated sugar cookie mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish, spread evenly, and sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1½ hours, then cut into squares for serving.
