  • 0.5 cups Fresh basil torn leaves

  • Prepare Chicken: Start by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot. Make sure they lay flat for even cooking.
  • Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Layer the sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken, spreading them out to infuse their flavor.
  • Mix Spinach: Gently add the fresh spinach on top of the tomatoes.
  • Whisk Sauce Ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour Sauce: Cover the chicken and veggies with the creamy sauce, ensuring all ingredients are coated.
