Instructions

Preparing the Cheesecake

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until combined.
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press into the springform pan.
  • Pour half of the filling over the crust, layer with Little Debbie cakes, then pour remaining filling on top.
  • Bake in a water bath at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, reduce to 290°F for 2 hours, then cool in the oven.
  • Heat heavy whipping cream until steaming, stir in white chocolate until smooth for ganache.

Notes
