Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and pat dry the sweet potatoes. Slice them into ⅓-inch round slices.
  • Drizzle olive oil on a large rimmed sheet tray to prevent sticking.
  • Add the sweet potato slices to the tray and toss them in the oil until they’re nicely coated.
  • Sprinkle your choice of spices over the slices and drizzle with honey. Toss to ensure even seasoning.
  • Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Flip the slices and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Transfer the sweet potatoes to a serving platter. Add a pinch of salt, a drizzle of honey, and top with crumbled feta cheese.
  • Garnish with fresh chives or parsley and serve warm.
