Instructions
How to Make Christmas Fudge
In a medium saucepan, mix together granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, milk, and unsalted butter. Stir until well combined and creamy.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture reaches a gentle boil, taking care not to let it burn.
Allow the mixture to boil for 5 minutes without stirring. This step is crucial for achieving the perfect fudgy texture.
Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly stir in the vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Mix until everything is melted and smooth.
