  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt can be substituted
  • 2 large Eggs At room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Add more for extra spice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Opt for pure vanilla

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Homemade is best
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar
  • ½ cup Chopped Pecans Optional: toast for extra flavor

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare the crust by crushing the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mixing them with melted butter and sugar. Press into a springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and sour cream, then mix in the eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined.
  • Pour the filling over the crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Once set, remove from the pan and decorate with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, and chopped pecans, then chill briefly before serving.

Notes

Allow cheesecake to cool completely before decorating to prevent toppings from melting. Refrigerate overnight for the best flavor fusion.
