  • 1 pkg Prepared Graham Cracker Crust can be homemade or store-bought

Pumpkin Layer

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree canned or freshly cooked
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp Ground Cloves use sparingly
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg a little goes a long way

Optional Toppings

  • 1 cup Whipped Cream dollop generously
  • ¼ cup Caramel Sauce enhances flavor
  • ¼ cup Pecans sprinkle on top

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Make Cheesecake Layer: Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one by one, mixing well.
  • Assemble Base: Spread 1 cup of the cheesecake mixture evenly into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Prepare Pumpkin Layer: Combine pumpkin puree with the remaining cheesecake mixture. Add spices and mix well.
  • Layer and Bake: Spread the pumpkin mixture over the cheesecake base. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool and Refrigerate: Allow cheesecake to cool for up to 2 hours, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
