Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 16 cookies Oreos Substitute with any good quality chocolate sandwich cookies.
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Use chopped white chocolate blocks as needed.
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Essential for the firmness of the fudge.

Decoration

  • 4 cookies Reserved Oreos Chopped pieces to sprinkle on top.

Instructions

Steps to Make Fudge

  • Grease and line a 20 cm (8-inch) square cake tin with baking paper.
  • Reserve 4 Oreos for decoration, then crush the remaining Oreos in a zip-loc bag.
  • In a heat-proof bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
  • Fold in the crushed Oreos until fully combined. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared tin.
  • Chop the reserved Oreos and sprinkle them on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container; can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
