Instructions
Steps to Make Fudge
Grease and line a 20 cm (8-inch) square cake tin with baking paper.
Reserve 4 Oreos for decoration, then crush the remaining Oreos in a zip-loc bag.
In a heat-proof bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
Fold in the crushed Oreos until fully combined. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared tin.
Chop the reserved Oreos and sprinkle them on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Store leftover fudge in an airtight container; can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
