Instructions

How to Make Healthy Broccoli Chicken Casserole

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Combine cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, Greek yogurt, sautéed onions and garlic, low-sodium chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly coated and incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
