Instructions
Truffle Preparation
Unwrap and gently break the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into a large mixing bowl.
Use a handheld mixer to blend the crumbled cake into a fine, crumbly dough and fold in the festive sprinkles.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring in between.
Coat each truffle in the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined sheet.
Melt red candy melts if using, drizzle over the truffles, sprinkle with green sanding sugar, and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
