Add the softened cream cheese to the cake pieces and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Scoop out one tablespoon of the mixture, then roll it into neat balls using your hands.
Freeze the cake balls for 30 to 60 minutes until firm enough to coat.
Melt the vanilla almond bark according to package instructions, stirring frequently.
Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted almond bark using a fork.
