Instructions
Steps to Make Fudge
Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper and lightly butter it.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix white chocolate chips, cubed butter, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, then stir.
Continue microwaving in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
Stir in pure vanilla extract and optional almond extract.
Gently fold in Nilla Wafers and ¼ cup of Christmas jimmies.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining jimmies on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
