Instructions
How to Make DIY Bouncy Balls
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of white school glue with 1 tablespoon of warm water. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
In another bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of borax powder with ¼ cup of warm water. Stir thoroughly until the borax has completely dissolved.
If you wish to add a splash of color, add a few drops of food coloring to the glue mixture and stir gently.
Slowly pour the borax solution into the glue mixture, stirring continuously until you have a slightly sticky ball.
Use your hands to knead the mixture into a ball. If it’s too sticky, sprinkle a little cornstarch.
Let your bouncy ball sit for a few minutes to firm up. It’s ready to be tossed and enjoyed!
Notes
Store bouncy balls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Reheat in warm water if needed.
