  • 2 tablespoons Dairy-free Milk Any plant-based milk

How to Make Vegan Caramel Apple Pastries

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into ½-inch thick strips, reserving any scraps.
  • In a medium bowl, combine caster sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Remove the cores and cut apples into thick slices, then coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Wrap a pastry strip around each apple slice and secure with a dab of dairy-free milk.
  • Brush the tops with dairy-free milk and add any cookie cutter decorations.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, then cool on trays before transferring to a rack.
  • Optionally drizzle warm vegan caramel sauce before serving.
