Instructions
How to Make Christmas Pizza Bites
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface, then cut it into 2x2-inch squares.
Add a pinch of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperonis or your choice of toppings into the center of each square.
Fold the corners of each square together toward the center and pinch to seal, forming small balls.
Arrange the dough balls into a creative holiday shape on the lined baking sheet.
Brush the tops with an egg wash and bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter right after they come out of the oven, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan.
Serve these warm bites on a festive platter with marinara or pesto for dipping.
Notes
Expert tips include sealing the seams tightly, using flour for stickiness, letting bites rest before baking, and making ahead for convenience.
