Instructions

How to Make Christmas Pizza Bites

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface, then cut it into 2x2-inch squares.
  • Add a pinch of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperonis or your choice of toppings into the center of each square.
  • Fold the corners of each square together toward the center and pinch to seal, forming small balls.
  • Arrange the dough balls into a creative holiday shape on the lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with an egg wash and bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Brush with melted butter right after they come out of the oven, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan.
  • Serve these warm bites on a festive platter with marinara or pesto for dipping.
